After working as Project Manager on the 2018 and 2019 residencies, hosted at Pavilion Dance South West, I was then appointed to support the development of Cohan Collective to split off from Yorke Dance Project as a Community Interest Company in its own right.

 

At this point, in Oct 2019, I was appointed as Executive Producer, where I focused on developing the ongoing company strategy. Despite raising Arts Council funding and prolific partnerships for the 2020-23 programme of work, the Covid-19 impact lead to pivoting the plans and instead piloting a hyrbid residency model, and a dance film programme - to great success.
