Through European funding brought to Dorset by The Arts Development Company, I pitched to develop and co-facilitate/deliver a six-month training programme for early career producers in Dorset, under the umbrella of the ‘Culture+’ programme. Monthly sessions were delivered in marketing, fundraising, budgeting, long-term strategy, resilience and diversity. I also consulted on the Year 2 programme development and am an invited guest speaker on the programme going forward.
